We are looking for a customer service superstar to
work with employees to learn procedures, diagnose sources of difficulty, find solutions and answer questions.
Develop reports
Analyze data
Develop custom coding and scripting
Please have a working knowledge of SCO Unix,
3 years of programming/scripting experience
and a demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly.
Knowledge of Netsmart MIS, AGS, uScript, eCET, ERS, MISDesigner would be a plus.
