scottParticipantSeattle has its very own genuinely local late night delicacy– the hot dog with cream cheese and onions– but you wouldn’t know it if WS is your primary carousing area. There used to be an occasional hot dog stand outside of the WS Brewing Company, but I don’t know if it is coming back after the renovation. Is there any other place *within walking distance of any of the junctions* to pick up a good Seattle dog at 2am?

JanSParticipantthe grocery store…buy the makings, and then go home and have 2 or 3 :)

WSBKeymasterBeveridge Place Pub has had food vendors outside, including the occasional hot-dog-type cart, don’t know about that late. Sadly for us late-night types, WS has not yet developed much of a late-night food culture. Feedback Lounge’s kitchen is open until 1 am Fridays-Saturdays. Supposedly the Chinese restaurant Chopstix is open until 1 am. Neither of those offers hot dogs, to my knowledge. West 5 has hot dogs on the menu but I can’t tell from the website how late they’re served.

miwsParticipantscott, if you are on Facebook, you might want to follow Das Brat Wagen:

I have not had the opportunity to try them yet, but they occasionally show up at Beveridge Place.

JanSParticipantlike I said…buy some at Meat the Butcher, get all the makings, and make your own. Can have one the next morning, too, to fight your hangover :D
