Did you know Bakery Nouveau has a blog-format section on its website?

    http://bakerynouveau.com/blog/

    So does Spring Hill:

Have added them both to the WSB Blogs page (which has automatically updated headlines/excerpts from 100+ sites around WS) ….

    Ingredients:

    5# chocolate, melted over double-boiler.

1 Bunny rabbit, whacked on the head so he doesn’t struggle.

Dip and cool bunny repeatedly until covered with a thick coating of chocolate.

I used to have molds for chocolate bars that were molded to look like The Last Supper. They were outstanding. You can get a ton of different varieties of candy molds from the interweb for pretty cheap. Also the different flavors of chocolatey chip things they sell at the grocery store (like peanut butter or mint) melt the same as normal chocolate on a double boiler so it’s easy to do layered and filled candies instead of just chocolate.
