There is a Emerald City Smoothie going in where the Fast Tan is on 35th. I just drove by yesterday and I saw their banners up over the tanning salons signs.

It’s actually Emerald City Sun Tanning – just new ownership group.

Still going to be a tanning salon – emeraldcitysuntanning.com – according to the worker i spoke with recently.

Sharon’s Florist changed owners several months ago – tanning place next door shut down too. Space is for rent I believe.

Sharon’s Florist has recently changed hands again. It was originally purchased from Sharon a few years back but that owner closed the door early this year. A new owner purchased it this summer and is trying to breath new life into the little shop.

according to this Report on WSB, it appears to technically be an ownership change, but according to records that TR looked upat the time, the new name is registered to one of the original owners.

Yes, Jodie is one of the original owners, who owns Pilates al Dente and was co-founder of Pilates Westside. Thanks for the context on Emerald City, I’ve seen the tanning place change and hadn’t gotten around to look into the alleged smoothieing.
