Instead of the (outside of West Seattle) Vogue Knitting Live event that has been postponed, Seattle Yarn is promoting small business with ‘Baby Vogue’. Set up as a small pop-up shop, fiber lovers can shop goods from other small businesses, many local/regional at Seattle Yarn this weekend. Options for pick-up or shipping, as well as other opportunities to shop online, can be found at their website: https://seattle-yarn-llc.square.site/upcoming-events(This addition is not from the owners, just a local who loves the shop and all their offerings.)

Would it be possible to get a list of West Seattle restaurants/bars that are still open?? Even if just for take out? Would like to support them if we can!

We haven’t heard of any closures, yet. So please support any and all that you can!

Will do! Got take out from Buddha Ruksa on Friday and they were really busy with take out orders. It was delicious!

Glad to hear that. Every effort people can make to spend their dollars – in every sector – locally, with independent local businesses, matters more than ever.

Don’t forget Seattle Fish Market.  Get your fish to go; we had amazing salmon.  And, they really appreciated our business.

When you’re doing take-out – don’t forget the servers who are out of tips. We did take out from BangBar & I didn’t really think about it . Really trying to, now.
