Thanks to Kevin for the tip. That’s the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN-68), inbound, in view off Alki. It’s returning to Bremerton after a month at sea.

  No reason for “haha,” the “that’s” refers to what readers in real time (of which we have many) would have been seeing if they had a view that way. (We don’t, but online trackers showed the position.) Most of the time we get reader pics of sightings like this; so far today we have not. – TR
