What a sight for anybody on that Princess ship who hadn’t disembarked yet!
Marvelous video at Lincoln. Wish I had been there to see them! Is that wonderfully eerie cry their sonar call? Thanks for sharing! Note to self: must get up earlier ;)
T102, ADOPTED adult male of the T101 matriline. Traveling into the bay. The other three were trailing about 100 yards behind him. A boat crossed in front of him, causing them to disappear for 10 minutes then change direction and head out of the bay, 9:30 AM taken from shore on opposite side of bay at Anchor Park. Zoomed and cropped.T102 has a left leaning dorsal fin, which often makes him look like he is traveling the opposite way. In top picture it appears he is going out of the bay, when he is actually going in (because of the slight flop).
