WSB is back up after a couple hours of unplanned downtime. While we’ve been out covering the night’s major news – working right now on our stories about light rail and the mayoral visit – our ace technical person was working to fix the technical trouble. It appears that the main web site has not refreshed since about 6pm last night (9/26). I’ve checked using Firefox and Internet explorer.

Yep, there is definitely still a problem. Even Google’s index for WSB hasn’t been updated in 21 hours so it’s not a browser problem. I haven’t even seen this article on the front page, I only got to it through the “newest comments” sidebar.
Same, was still having trouble through today. I only was able to see an updated story through a WSB FB post about the light rail meeting. Up until just now, if i opened the main page, the ‘latest’ story was the story about A Child Becomes
