Spirit of Kingston was running this morning for some reason. Didn’t ask if it would also be the boat for the evening commute–if so, that means long lines and dozens of people missing the boat and having to wait for the next taxi.

    Update: They don’t know yet but will “most likely put out an alert” if they do. This morning’s switch was explained as “the originally scheduled vehicle was switched out due to a broken window that occurred while the vessel was docked. Our ridership for the mornings usually is lower, and the Spirit of Kingston easily could support; so we didn’t feel an alert was warranted as it caused little to no operational impact for riders.” – TR
