Another big-scoring game for the West Seattle High School Wildcats on Friday night, running the score to 51-0 before visiting Cleveland managed one TD to make the final score 51-6. From WSHS band members’ pre-game rendition of the national anthem …

West Seattle’s freshman quarterback Jamie Maples came out throwing (above, he’s #10 with the ball, under pressure from Cleveland’s Daniel Matapula). Near the start of the game, he threw to preferred target Jimmi Martin, who took it 60 yards down the field to score. (Martin, #6, is in the next photo tackling Donnie Webber behind the line of scrimmage:)

Cleveland’s sole touchdown came on a 52-yard pass play in the fourth quarter that saw senior Amonte Phillips score. He’s in the next photo:
