West Seattle restaurants: Heartland Café website is up

This new restaurant’s opening (yesterday was the official Day 1) has been of so much interest, the arrival of its website is worth noting. Sue pointed it out in the comment section following our Wednesday night preview. It’s at heartlandcafeseattle.com – no menu posted yet, though. They’re on Twitter, too, at @cafeheartland. And if you’ve tried it and want to talk about it, there’s a thread going in the WSB Forums.

What’s up with people parking next to the building and blocking access to the ally? Not going to go there til they become a bit more surrounding business friendly, and no I don’t care whether or not it’s posted, cars shouldn’t be parked alonside that buildng; there isn’t room

The iPhone won’t and probably will not in the near future work with the Heartland Website. Other phones will. It’s the battle between Apple and Adobe. Flash is not an open standard, meaning only one company controls it. However, Adobe is rapidly changing that. Nevertheless, Apple still refuses to support Flash on the iPhone, iPod Touch and the iPad.

Sorry, comment time is over.
