
From the Hero Memorial Workout at CrossFit West Seattle in the Admiral District on Sunday afternoon: Sometimes, the intensity of an activity is shown most vividly in the moments when participants pause, like this. The workout was in memory of SPD Officer Tim Brenton, murdered in the line of duty on Halloween night, and a fundraiser for the Behind the Badge Foundation.
