Anybody missing two poodles? They’re still on the run

This one’s gotten big enough it’s moved off the Pets page (like Bridge Dog a while back) … We’ve received multiple reports of two small poodles, one light-colored, one dark-colored, that have been on the run on and around 35th SW, from High Point to The Triangle, for the past several hours. This WSB Forums post from less than half an hour ago says one has now been hurt as they continue dodging traffic. We know some folks have tried to catch them but been unable to; sharing this news here on the main page both to warn you to be careful while driving 35th and to say, if you know someone looking for them, that’s where to search. Hope there’s a happy ending.

They were out in our area yesterday morning. We live at the corner of Brandon and 25th Ave. We’ve seen them loose before in area with argyle sweaters on as well. So many people have tried to stop them to check their tags, I hope they make it home okay.

I hope they are reunited with family. I wonder if anyone called Animal Control.

I was out running with my dog along 25th near the Delridge Community Center and a man in a car asked me if I had seen two small poodles. He said they had tags so someone is definitely looking for them. I hope they get reunited.

This story is disturbing. If they are in fact the same dogs and they were seen yesterday with Argyle sweaters on, it means 2 things … They are loved enough to get sweaters and they escape too often!y

I am so sad about this. We were walking around the track at West Seattle yesterday and saw the little guys running around the bleachers. We looked around for an owner, but no one else was there. Later, we saw them near the firehouse on Alaska. Tried to call them over, but like the above post says, they weren’t stopping for anyone. Hope this ends well.

Is there any updates on these poor babies??? How is the one that is hurt?? I’ve been worried sick since last night.

I’m sorry, got lots of people asking about them but no one has come forward with any news of some sort of resolution – hopefully eventually!
